1. Acceptance of Agreement
By downloading, installing, or interacting with the Rushpay client application or accessing this web repository, you enter into a binding agreement with the network. If you disagree with any segment of these provisions, cease application usage immediately.
2. User Eligibility & Hardware Integrity
Participation on the platform requires meeting the following criteria:
- Participants must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to perform peer-to-peer financial activities in their jurisdiction.
- Users must not deploy auto-clickers, emulators, virtualization modules, or duplicate multi-space clones on a single physical phone.
- Accounts identified manipulating order matching logic or hardware signatures will be permanently restricted.
3. Transaction Verification & Commission Payouts
Commissions generated on liquidity orders are determined according to published tiered volume slabs. All disbursements are conditional upon successful verification of matching 12-digit UTR references across IMPS and UPI banking switches. The network is not responsible for delayed disbursements caused by external inter-bank clearing outages.
4. Referral Multi-Tier Program
Use of verified invite code BPjO0e unlocks eligible multi-tier commission structures (30% Level 1, 20% Level 2, 10% Level 3). Referral commissions are credited upon verified transaction execution by downline nodes. Self-referrals or synthetic circular loops are prohibited.
5. Modifications & Governing Law
The network reserves the right to modify commission brackets, withdrawal limits, or system rules at its discretion. Continued participation following published revisions constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
